Account Information
When you log into the App, we collect your username, email address, and account role (customer, sales representative, or owner). This information is stored on our secure WordPress server.

Order Information
When you place an order through the App, we collect the items ordered, delivery address, delivery date, and order notes. This information is used solely to process and fulfill your wholesale orders.

Device Token
With your permission, we collect a push notification token from your device to send you order status updates. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

Usage Data
We do not collect analytics, tracking data, or any information about how you use the App beyond what is necessary to process your orders.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and fulfill your wholesale orders
  • Send you push notifications about your order status
  • Maintain your delivery address book
  • Calculate sales representative commissions

Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on our secure server hosted by GoDaddy. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/SSL) for all data transmission between the App and our server. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using Apple’s Keychain.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

  • Square — payment processing and invoice generation for wholesale orders
  • Expo — push notification delivery service (device tokens only)

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at admin@thesweetshophv.com. Upon request, we will delete your account data within 30 days.

Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for use by wholesale business customers only and is not directed at children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this policy.
