Brown butter cookie dough loaded with chocolate, pecans & Lotus cookies… stuffed with creamy Biscoff 🤤

Ingredients:

115g butter (browned)

80g brown sugar

50g sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

225g flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

40g chocolate chunks

40g chocolate chips

40g pecans

40g crushed Lotus cookies

Biscoff cream (for filling)

Instructions:

Freeze Biscoff in small portions.

Brown butter, let cool, mix with sugars.

Add egg + vanilla.

Mix in dry ingredients, then fold in mix-ins.

Stuff with frozen Biscoff, seal & chill 30 min.
